The space between “what was” and “what’s next” is weird. Messy. Uncomfortable. Your body fidgets, your thoughts nag, and maybe a tiny voice whispers figure it out. Don’t.
Sit there. Breathe. Let the liminality be loud. Let it whisper. Feel tension, feel confusion, feel nothing. Let it pass through you like a slow wind.
